Yes. Our lessons are aligned to Common Core State Standards.
Yes. Our meet the content requirements for school and we do it the Synthesis way. We are attending to the standards, but we are not dictated by them. We may take side-quests and tangents if we think that such lessons will help solidify understanding for our students. In any case, the way we teach the standards will also be completely unique and unlike any other math experience in schools or on the market.
Our goal is to give a much richer and more robust mathematics experience that not only covers all the expected standards, but also couches them in a deep rich mathematical fabric that teaches content, connections, deeper ideas, and how to problem solve in the 21st century.
